CSI Leasing Expands Through Acquisition

August 22, 2006

ST. LOUIS (August 22, 2006) – CSI Leasing has expanded its Canadian operations by acquiring the leased assets of National Computer Leasing (NCL) in Toronto, Canada. The acquisition includes NCL’s 150 lease agreements and the associated leased computer equipment. The acquisition results in new corporate customers, as well as new employees, for CSI.

“NCL will now have the funding and administrative resources of a larger company behind them, and CSI is gaining a proven sales track record,” says Paul Keefe, Assistant Vice President for International Administration in St. Louis. “We are combining the two companies in order to better them both.”

“We are excited by this move. CSI is an industry leader, and the acquisition will bring additional benefits to our customers,” says former NCL owner Emilio Lombardi.
